Pivot are industry leaders in SAP IT Consultancy, working for large corporations across many sectors. They turned to Newicon to develop a website that would allow them to showcase their expertise to prospective customers and also proactively stay close to their existing customers needs.
Following an in-depth voice of the customer exercise, which included client interviews determining what IT managers liked most about Pivot’s approach to SAP consultancy, it was concluded that a new website should provide prospective clients with substantiated evidence about what the company offers, presented in the form of project case studies, categorised both by solution and business challenge. The ability to navigate quickly and easily to those project write ups from desktop computers, tablets and importantly mobile devices, was a major consideration and formed a top level part of the brief.
Newicon was chosen for their ability to architect intuitive user experiences for responsive web design; presenting the information on any device or screen size in a clear and concise manner. Our approach to web architecture allowed us to rapidly develop an initial prototype using a series of wireframes, presented in a browser experience using our own internal application, HotSpot. This approach allowed the design team to apply a Graphical User Interface (GUI) to the wireframes ready for presentation to Pivot’s senior management team.

Pivot's new responsive website perfectly meets the brief and positions the company for growth.
